Water for Life

United Nations had declared 2005-2015 as decade of water for life.5 years had already flown down.What we have done .Two neighboring states are fighting for a dam .the question before the supreme court is .To raise or not to raise.Now it is gone to 5 member division bench to interpret the constitutional validity of the law enacted by a state.Water is a state subject.safety and security is a state subject,Dam safety rules have to be done by states ,world bank says. the fights in court goes for years together .Let us save water and conserve and manage properly.
